My son suffering with fever from 4 days wbc is 22000 platelets 235000 fever not controlling and wbc is very high.. what is disgnosis pl reply

It can be anything viral infections , pnumonia,urinary tract infections. Without seeing the child nobody can give you the diagnosis. Please keep in touch with your pediatrician for review and treatment.
