Fever not coming down from 8 day's

Question

Asked for Male, 38 Years

My son having cold and fever from last 8 day's, it's not coming down, we are using Stymol 250 Paracetamol and cheston D cough syrup, doxylab tablet but still it's not coming to control.mucus coming from nose, Please suggest
