Mr Sagoo, I recommend seeing a doctor where they can monitor your temperature, do a blood investigation to check your hemoglobin, cell counts and rule out out causes of fever. They will be able to guide you as to which medicine is to be taken after evaluation. Like you said you feel febrile and feel like fainting, they may admit you and put drips. They shall take care of your dietary requirements and guide you further.
