Fever,loose motion and Vomiting

Asked for Male, 22 Years

So, a few days ago i had fever,loose motions and vomitting felling all at the same time.So,i took paracetamol,O2 and emeset.The fever is normal now but i still have weakness from day 1 and also continuous vomitting feeling and i havent vomitted even once.What may be the cause? Now it even seems that the fever will also increase.
