The question is simple to ask but it's complex to answer. Temperature depends on where you measure it. Upto 98.6 is normal for underarm, mouth is upto 1 degree higher than underarm and rectum is about half a degree higher than oral temperature. Besides that, normally also there is a temperature variation like in the morning its lower than in the evening. Heart rate depends on a lot of factors, normal is 70-100. but with 1 degree of fever increase  approx 10 beats per minute increase. Blood pressure normal is considered as 120/80mmhg
