  4. Fever - Hot arms and legs. Happened now?

Fever - Hot arms and legs
My baby boy is 5 months old now . The climate suddently changed from hot to rainy and cold today. His for head, neck area,hands and legs is feeling pretty hot. Temperature according to thermometer is 98.0 F only. He is sleepy.but not crying or disturbed. A fever just occurred last month and he was on antibiotics. What may have happened now?

Keep monitoring his temperature....He may get febrile... Also give him frequent feeding....
