Throat pain + fever and now rashes are coming is it chicken pox? Should i got to hospital right now or wait till morning

Hello well I need to examine the kind of rashes you are getting to say whether it is chickenpox or any other... but then in the season the usual cause would be viral fever which will also present with the throat pain fever and rashes.. please meet a  physician in person get it examined thank you
