Fever. Confused what to do right now?

Hello sir, my mom has asthma , and from 3 days she is having fever and a bit of sore throat , and today my sister and 3 year old nephew also started having fever 102 C. My moms fever is not there now and her sp02 is 95 and my sisters spo2 is 96.I contacted a local dr he told me it is viral fever and not to worry about corona , he told a lot of viral fever cases are coming in these season so no need to do tests, but I am continuously getting worried as heard about a lot of deaths from corona that too sudden death, my 27 year frnd with no pre existing disease also died of corona without showing much symptoms, so I am getting worried a lot, and In my town if reports comes positive , authorities puts you in sadar hospital where no proper care is given , food is also not provided timely , very confused what to do right now? Please help me please, I will connect for sure, please
