Fever from last two days
In Last two days iam suffering from fever with mild cough.i noticed in mirror my throat is red in colour.i measure my tenperature but my temperature is coming differently again and again.some times 97.8 some times 98.9 sometimes 99.9 only one time it crosses 100.4. Showing this type of fluctuation of temperature through out the day. After warm shower temperature rises to 100.4 but after sometime it was showing 99.6. Why this type of fluctuation happened please tell me. And yesterday i took paracetamol 650 two times.but from today afternoon i am feeling hot throughout my body. Is this a viral fever. What can i do? Please suggest me something
