  4. Fever for my 2 yr daughter. Treatment.

Fever for my 2 yr daughter
My baby is 2 years old...she has fever.one week back she has 103 fever then after giving paracetamol fever goes down and again comes back...I think she has problem in throat bcz she is not taking food properly and vomit frequently. Since 3 days she is taking ORS and water...today We did blood test...can u pls suggest medicine or further treatment...I am attaching the report
