  4. Fever for last 20 days. Wrong. pls help!

Fever for last 20 days
She is having fever since 20 days... 99.5 - 100. At start she had fatigue, joint pain, nausea and fever and sometimes cough... Her reports are normal... We just cant understand what is wrong... Pls help
