  4. Fever for 3 days. After some shivering.

Fever for 3 days
My son is having fever from past 3 days , his fever is in between 101.5 to 103.5 , after giving calpol fever goes down for 1 hr then again fever goes up. His cbc count is 27700 and crp is 60. Please help me to cure him. He gets fever after some shivering.
