Asked for Male, 34 Years

My fever started on 11/08/2017 during late night with a strong shivering. I took DOLO650 and fever went down and shivering also went away. Later on the fever started off with a headache at 10 am on 12/08/2017. I took another tablet of the above medicine. On 13/08/2017, I felt good till 4 pm. Again fever started off and I had to take another tablet. The fever ranged from 101 - 102°f. Please tell me which type of medication should I take.

Hi, Appreciate that you are monitoring your temperature and didn't take any antibiotics. You should continue taking Tab dolo. Take plenty of oral fluids and keep yourself hydrated. I suggest you to get few investigations done. Complete blood count, malaria antigen test, Dengue NS1 antigen test. You may share reports and will advice you accordingly.
