Hello there...I can understand your concern. Since when have you been having these problems. We will need detailed history and clinical examination before proceeding further. There could be some systemic involvement. Also a temperature of 98 to 99 F is not fever. It's normal body temperature. Kindly consult a general physician for further evaluation.
