Fever, dehydration and races

Hello sir, On Thursday my body was a little warm, I thought it was fever so I took Crocin advance . I felt good and on the other my body get dehydrated and I was suffering diarrhea, so I drank a lot of water,juices and got well. But today when I woke up I saw red races all around my body.. and it's itching as well. My question is what exactly I am suffering ?
