Fever daily fluctuations in a day
I'm 24 yrs male ,first widal done o& h titres 1:40 temperature varies between 98 to 99.8,before that it is less than 98.4, after 5 days widal o&h 1:160 ah,bh 1:20, taken antiboitics like gudcef ,ornio, azithral, moxinow, doxt-xl,for 14 days,then widal o&h 1:40 but fever pattern is same,morning after 9am it99 ,afternoon it 99.4 to 99.8 night comes to normal,15days back went to doctor,then chest x ray normal,us abdomennormal, mantoux-ve,CRP 6,ESR 10 ,earlier 2 mnth back it is 26 now 10,thyroid normal,blood culture negative, thypoid iggigmnegative, antioiotics stopped 1 mnth back,, mine appetite is good , having headache,no joint pains chest pain right side sometimes Ecg normal,what is the reason for this visted 5 doctors M.D Gen Med saying that is is normal no need worry if it is 100 then take it as fever ,I am worrying about this variations in temperature pls help me doctors Pulse 98-102,spo2 .98,stools 2-3 times,in a day,iam attach the reports pls review ,temp variations from 2mnths .
