Persistent fever since morning that isn't going down ever after 2 doses of paracetamol. Accompanied with dry cough and body pain and head ache and tiredness.

I am Dr. Navin Kr. Bansal (MD Medicine)from Guwahati, Assam. U mighy be having an upper respiratory tract infection. And it seema mist likely to be viral. If you have throat irritation, u can try strepsils. Avoid cold drinks & ice creams. Visit your nearby Doctor if it is not resolved in 3-4 days.
