Fever, Cold n Cough

Asked for Male, 74 Years

My dad has fever for last 6-7 days and it drops to 99 and then after few hours reaches 101-102. Got CBC, LFT and ESR done and the reports were fine. He is currently taking LCZ 5mg, Augmentin 625mg, Azee 500mg and Calpol 625mg. Need some help what should be the next steps

Rule out malaria (MP, MPDA) and dengue (NS1 test), kindly elaborate on other symptoms: cough? Resp distress? Pain abdomen/diarrhea/vomiting? Urinary symptoms? You can get urine R/E, typhi dot IgM test for further evaluation if fever persists
