My baby z 9 weeks old.shes has temp of 98.9°F.Do i need to consult a doctor?? She has slight cold too

Don't worry 98.9 F is not an fever If u feel that baby have tempt  just  remove cloth for  5min  And  don't overwrap the baby Ur Baby is having little bit  cold Just  put  nasoclear nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril 3 times a day  for 2days That's it
