Hello sir my baby 2 year 4 month old is getting fever daily in night nd cold also since 15 days m giving him combilflam sinarest or cefixime susppenision but not getting reliaf.what type test or what medicine type should i give to him please help m attaching his pic with me

Fevers of such long duration should not be  managed at home . Avoid self medication in such cases . Don't give combiflam for fever in such a small child . Please take the child to a Pediatrician for a physical examination

Kindly consult a pediatrician and go for blood work upto identify the cause of fever
