  4. Fever cold for baby. Take him to clinic!

Hello my just turned one year had birthday party last day and the next day he has fever runny nose sneezing frequently but he is active and eating properly kindly suggest me a solution do i need to take paracetamol drops or wait until three days whether it goes on it own or take him to clinic

Give Calpol syrup if temperatures above 99 in axilla. Tepid sponging if temperatures are higher. Give plenty of fluids including his usual milk
