Fever + Cold + Cough + Back pain
Since 5th Oct I've had fever accompanied by slight cold and cough. Hence, I just took PCM and Leivocetrizine. But since 7th oct my fever escalated and I started having headaches and back pain. Also my eyes feel very tired. Today i.e. on 8th Oct Cold and cough and the backpain is slightly less, but now I have pain in my throat while ingesting saliva. What is the possible diagnosis ??

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I think my colleague doesn't know that it's not levocetrizine that has resulted into the inflammation of the throat. It's possibly due to infection of your throat and tonsils. You can start taking a tab. Zenflox-plus Twice a day after food for 3 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Warm salt water gargles will help. At least these medicines will work unlike homeopathy which doesn't have any proof and all they give is water and sugar pills. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
