The temperature is normal. Temperature above 99 means the baby is getting fever. If the baby is over clothed then too, you will find that the baby's skin is warm. Remove the clothes and recheck the temperature after 15 mins. If it rises above 99 then the baby is getting fever. Do visit a Paediatrician then.
