I have been viral fever last 2 days. I had taken paracetamol as a dose. But it didn't get relief. Please advice me some medicine

Hi... if fever is there for more than 48 hours and is not subsiding with paracetamol please visit ur nearest physician so that he can examine u and do basic blood tests
