Asked for Male, 32 Years

I had 101 fever 4 days back. Doctor prescribed me Azithromycin 500mg, paracetamol 500mg and Pan40. I consumed for last 4 days. My fever came down to 99.3 to 99 from last two days. In night I feel more feverish and Tirdness. Now 5 dose of Azithromycin completed. Do I need to continue for longer duration to get my body temperature Normal or what should I do next. Feeling tensed. I don't have caugh as of now. But low grade fever .

Azithromycin dose is only for 5 days . Temperature 99 degree and above is considered as fever.. if your symptoms still persist certain test have to be done to know the cause of fever.. meanwhile..Drink plenty of fluids,steam inhalation, salt water gargling, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum 8 hours at night, monitor temperature and oxygen levels 6th hourly once.. if any alarming symptoms inform the health authorities nearby.
