Fever and UTI
Had antibiotic levofloxacin for 5 days as I was suffering from UTI. After that continued with alkasol and GOeUTI tablets. Why do I have fever of the order of 99.5 in the day and usually 98.6 at night.? Does fever due to UTI take a month or so to subside? Delivered a baby 2.5 months back.

Hi..... Urinary tract infections can be painful, but you can take steps to ease your discomfort until antibiotics treat the infection. Follow these tips:
Drink plenty of water. Water helps to dilute your urine and flush out bacteria.
Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder.Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate.... Consult Physician.....
