Fever and throat pain. Is this hiv?

Hi everyone I am a 24 years old girl. let me narrate my story .Exactly 38 days before that is almost 6 weeks i had an unprotected with my boyfriend,he ejaculated in me and i got pregnant then we had a medical abortion by pills .Everything was ok in between i had a mild fever of 99.9 for a day it subsided on its own .Then after few days i had extreme itching on my whole body and after scratching it  few rashes appeared on my back , breast and 2 on left side of face i went do a dermatologist he gave me levocitrizine and some lotion it subsided in 3 days .. Since yesterday i have a fever of 100.7 that comes down after taking medicine but goes up after sometime,severe headache and extreme throat pain no other symptom. I am on antibiotics azithromycin,dolo 650 and solvin cold . No other problem.. It has been 2 days .Is this HIV ?? My boyfriend is a regular blood donor last time he donated blood in feb and everything was ok .Google says it is HIV .I am scared no one to share plz advice
