  4. Fever and red rashes. Test is negative!

Fever and red rashes
My son who is 3 years old is suffering from fever in range of 99-100 degree and red rashes all over his body even in his throat. It started with rashes on legs and now has spread to whole body. He doesn't want to eat anything. Kindly suggest the course of action. Covid test is negative
