Hi, you seem to have Typhoid. This would need a physical examination before we prescribe medicines. Would you be able to visit a doctor nearby?
Next Steps
Please have a physical examination done by a local doctor, to check liver and spleen.
Health Tips
Please drink plenty of fluids, do not eat heavy oily food. Have lots of fruits and fresh vegetables meanwhile. Do not panic at all.
