Asked for Male, 35 Years

My 5yr old son was sick 2 weeks ago but seemed to get better except for a slight cough and a runny nose. A couple of days ago he complained about stomach pains and vomited once. Today he has a slight fever and does not feel good.

Dear parents, Your child is suffering from gut infection, give him following treatment, Syp Azithromycin 200mg XL one teaspoon ful once a day for 5days. Syp Zenflox oz one teaspoon ful twice a day for 5days. Syp Ondem one teaspoon ful SOS. Empty stomach Syp Flucold ds one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days. Give semi solid diet & plenty of liquids.
