Fever and irregular bp
Sir my father having age of 50 yrs is suffering from 102° fever and he get unconscious due to sudden drop in bp from 144/83 to 92/63 . We have done its blood test in which we find Haemoglobin - 10.8 gm/dl TLC- 10100 /cumm Neutrophil-78 Monocyte-00 Lymphocyte-21 Basophil-00 RBC-4.12 millions/cmm Platelet count- 332×10 3 PCV- 32.6% M.C.V- 79.3fl M.C.H-26.2 uug M.C.H.C- 33.1 gm/dl RDW-CV - 14.2 And now bp is 130/80

he is most likely having some infection. BP tends to get fluctuated during these periods. he might need some fluids. but your question is little incomplete regarding your father. please feel free to share more about his fever and symtoms, than i could come up with a diagnosis. do he have fever with chills ? since when is the fever ? any urine burning, chest pain ? acidity or constipation? need a detailed chat
