Hello, plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice to be taken. Tab flexon eight hourly after food or as required. Tab azee500 one per day for three to five days. Light diet like semiliquid porridge khichari etc.no outside food. Rest is must. Ok.

Measure your fever. If less than 101 no need of any Antibiotics ..it is viral. Just take tab paracetamol for the fever and proper nutrition. Thanks

I would advise you to take an antipyretic at present. The following lifestyle changes could be of help: - Drink plenty of fluids(3-4 liters of water per day) - Have a liquid diet at present (soups) and you can slowly increase to solid food as per how you tolerate it as eating solid food at this point may cause indigestion so avoid spicy, greasy, oily, deep fried food - Have fruits which are rich in citric acid as they may be of help to you - Rest plenty If problems are persistent or worsen visit the nearest ER for further management.
