Fever and headache
I have severe headache and fever..and have constant fever from last 12 hours and no medicine is working. still the fever is constant

If the fever isn't coming under control with medication. I would advise you to visit the ER so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as CBC, Dengue IgM, WIDAL, etc. to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
