Fever and headache from 5days

Asked for Female, 54 Years

I am 54yrs old suffering from fever with headache since 5 days . Taken drips in the lastnight due to giddiness and tiredness. I'm taking dolo 650 from 3days. Once after taking dolo then there will be no headache and fever, after some tym again I am facing the same problem.
