I have fever from last night and body pain At last night trembling occurs. I have taken paracetamol but not any benefits.

HELLO,   CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN M.D.. TABLET FLEXON TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET ZIFI200 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES TEST BLOOD CBC I,E HB TLC DLC ESR URINE COMPLETE AND MICROSCOPIC. IF REQUIRED. O.K, BYE..
