Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What you have given is paracetamol and thats good. Never give any medicines containing aspirin. You can give her paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food. Give her a soft diet like khichdi. Ask her to drink plenty of fluids and rest. If the issue still persists, she will have to consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards.  Dr.  Anil kumar jain.  Bangalore
