Body heat problem
Hey Doctor, My body is always warm and also emit heat. But i don't have any fever. Even my urine is warm. This is happening from very long time. Any suggestions will be helpful. I have low vitamin D and B12 content and taking supplements for it.

rehydrate your body.Plenty of water , keep sipping every few minutes . Enerzal powder - 3 spoon in one glass of water , drink 1-2 litres in a day.Drink packed juices like real and tropicana. Lemon water as much as you can.Coconut water as much as you can.Plenty of vegetable soups.Daal water , kala chana soup .Have fresh fruits and vegetables .Avoid hotel food , fast food . also check weather you have cholesterol problem ?
