I have fever and gone down thrice a month, I am feel no very weak, have sore throat. I get tired if I do hectic works

T. Azithromycin 500 mg one tab twice daily T. Paracetamol one tab thrice daily T . Levocetrizin one tab twice daily Warm saline gargles with 1/2 tab Disprin dissolved, twice daily.forthree days T Sylate 500 mg one tab twice daily when having Periods for 5 days
