I have a fever past 2 days and throat pain Fever comes every 5 hours past 2 days kindly please suggest good medicine

Take Rest Gargle with 2% betadine Tab. Lcin or Leon 500 1tab OD for 5 days Tab. PCM 650 1tab bd for 3days and sos if temp rises
