Fever & cold in nose & face. Possible)

I am 23 years, Male, got covid positive report on 05-04-2021(antizen test), stayed 14 days quarantine till 18-04-2021, I got my exams done on sunday,11th July, Drink coldrinks on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday at 21:00, 23:30, 22:00 respectively, Tuesday late night i.e. before Wednesday morning, gets feeling of cold through neck itching, did gargling & drink kaadha, Done same gargling & kadha on Wednesday morning, 101.5° f at 11:00, Wednesday :Took medication of 325 mg paracetamol+ citrizen of some mg 101° at 16:00, Wednesday: took 650 mg paracetamol & slept. 98° at 7:30, Thursday: took hot water bath breakfast & 325 mg paracetamol+ citrizen of some mg 101° at 22:00, Thursday: took 325 mg paracetamol+ citrizen of some mg, 99.5° at 23:40, Thursday current temperature. Note-1: Oral temperature is recorded Note-2: I am not yet vaccinated Note-3: This is first fever after 2 days of fever which were recorded on 3.4.21 & 4.4.21. Question/Doubt: (please answer individually if possible)
