My brother has fever from last 4 days tried all medicines but still he has fever ..which medicine will be best for him ???

Sorry to state but fever is one symptom which could come from normal cold or from swine flu so before taking medication a diagnosis has to be made. Kindly visit an ENT or physician for further management
