  4. Fever after covid. As it is low fever?

Fever after covid
My father was vivid positive around 45days ago. He has cough since then. Now his body temperatures vary from 99to 101 and decreases in its own. If it is >100 giving dolo 650 and then it is going off. Is that fine? How long we can wait as it is low fever? Please suggest
