Fever after Antirabies vaccine
My son is 2 yrs 10 months old. I got him antirabies vaccine today morning first dose and he developed fever at night. Im worried if this is something to be considered?

Any vaccine can cause fever. Give fever medicine. Visit a pediatrician if he is not active or other symptoms or  fever doesn't go away in a couple of days
