Fever After 2 Days From Getting 1St Dose - I Took My First Dose

Fever after 2 days from getting 1st dose

I took my first dose of covishield vaccine on 23rd June. And I felt tired but overall good for 2 days until from 25th June, I started having fever. The temperature is normally around 101°F to 102°F. I'm taking calpol 650 twice a day 8 hours apart, and it's been 2 days since. I also have a little cough and cold. My question is, is this fever the side-effect of vaccine I took or do I have any other infection?
