Fever not going down from yesterday, can not take antibiotics for some neuro problem, not able to normal study etc.

Please consult your pediatrician then . Keep taking paracetamol Syrup then 4-6hourly. Physical examination by your pediatrician is must to find out the cause of fever to treat accordingly otherwise fever will not go.
