  4. Fever 4 months old. Need to give drops!

My baby is 4 months old he got fever temp of 101 i put fepanil drops of .8ml it came down to 93 and then came to 97.3 should i put it now once again whats the min temp when only we need to give drops

Normal body temp is 98.6 F. You can give paracetamol drops if it's more than 99 F. If it's less not required.
