My daughter since yesterday night having fever 100 above not reducing I given paratomol and anti biotic... Looks viral fever she is not taking food

Encourage your child to rest and drink plenty of fluids. Medication paracetamol to given as per dose schedule.
Do tepid sponging.
making sure the room temperature where the child is resting is comfortable.
taking a regular bath or a sponge bath using lukewarm water
