I have been having fever ,headache, sore throat, fatigue, lower body cramps since 2 days. I had frequent episodes of fever and sore throat.

Hi, Your symptoms are suggestive of a viral illness. You should get investigated : complete blood count, Dengue NS1 antigen test. Take plenty of oral fluids ORS, Healthy diet, Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily, Tab. Montair LC once daily. Hope you should get better soon. Best wishes
