Fever 101 to 103 F range for last 3 days
I'm having fever 101 to 103 range , eyes burning sensation, heaviness in head, cough brownish tinge, On Dolo 650 and Zifi 200 BD since last 3 days.

Consider doing blood test. CBC,malaria,dengue test.
