Fever (101-102) with cold
Having fever with severe cold,nose blocked and runny. Lot of mucus. Restlessness. Heavy headedness. Took citrizine. No relief. Took dolo 650. Please suggest some meds. No throat pain or cough.

Hello. Apart from the suggestions of Dr chetan you take arsenic 30 - twice daily and belladonna 200 - every alternate day once for 1 week. You will be absolutely fine.

Drink plenty of fluids. Fever can cause fluid loss and dehydration, so drink water, juices or broth......Rest. You need rest to recover, and activity can raise your body temperature...Stay cool. Dress in light clothing, keep the room temperature cool and sleep with only a sheet or light blanket...Consult Physician...
